Oklahoma 4-H Leadership Programs
The Oklahoma 4-H Foundation is dedicated to fostering leadership and personal growth in youth across the state. As part of this commitment, we proudly support the Oklahoma
4-H Ambassador Program and the Oklahoma 4-H State Council—two integral components of 4-H that empower young leaders to make a lasting impact on their communities and beyond.
Oklahoma 4-H Ambassadors
The Oklahoma 4-H Ambassadors are outstanding 4-H members selected to serve as the face of 4-H, strengthening relationships with alumni, supporters, and community partners. These dedicated youth leaders help promote the mission of 4-H, advocate for youth development, and inspire others by sharing their personal 4-H experiences. Through their service, Ambassadors play a vital role in increasing awareness of 4-H programs and ensuring its continued growth and success across the state.
Oklahoma 4-H State Council
The Oklahoma 4-H State Council consists of elected youth leaders who serve as role models and representatives for all 4-H members. These young leaders work closely with state program staff, providing valuable input on youth-related initiatives and acting as a bridge between local clubs and statewide leadership. In addition to shaping the future of Oklahoma 4-H, the State Council is responsible for planning and coordinating council-led events, activities, and educational opportunities that engage and inspire 4-H members at all levels.
Through these leadership programs, Oklahoma 4-H is equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and experiences they need to succeed in life while making a meaningful difference in their communities.
